Complete registration is required from at least one author of each accepted paper. One complete registration covers the inclusion of one paper in the conference proceedings and the conference program and one paper associated with participation in the IPIN competition.

Cancellation Policy
Policy cancellation for Congress on-site fees, optional tours and Congress dinner:- Full refund for cancellations received before August 1st, 2026 (11:59 PM CET); (please note: € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices)
- 50% refund for cancellations received between August 2nd and September 3rd, 2026 (11:59 PM CEST)
- No refunds will be granted after September 3rd, 2026 (11:59 PM CET) All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.
